Steve describes “Older Lady”

It is both alarming and unacceptable that Steve Walters, a neighbor that is clearly advanced in years, chooses not to assert any wisdom that he should have obtained by this point in his life, to respect the women in his community. But rather, he chooses to belittle and dismiss them, especially those of advanced age as indicated in his reply to a female neighbor who asked for a simple clarification of his statements.

Such disrespect not only reflects his own biases but also perpetuates a toxic culture that undermines progress and equality. His open distain for women, as revealed in this post, alongside his continued and unfounded attacks against our female Town Manager and former Police Chief, among others, reveals a troubling pattern of misogyny that we as citizens, who are dedicated to fostering respect and inclusivity, cannot allow to go unchallenged.

He may have gotten away with this “back in the day” but we support all neighbors who stand united against his divisive rhetoric and we will not be silenced by him, and those that support him, to undermine the integrity of our town.

The point that Walters tries to make in his comments below were fully refuted by both the Town Attorney during the meeting as well as Police Chief Zander immediately following the meeting, yet Walters insists on perpetuating the falsehood all the while making wild accusations of “deadly assaults” to support his delusion.
